1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Products under our “Try & Buy” option must be returned in the same condition if not purchased.
2. Non-Returnable Products
- Opened cosmetics or beauty products
- Innerwear or hygiene-related items
- Personalized or altered items
- Clearance or final sale products marked “Non-returnable”
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at jumaafashions@gmail.com or 6309927454 with your order number and reason. We’ll arrange pickup after approval. Pack the product securely for return.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued after the product passes quality checks. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, you will need to follow the return process.
